研究临床开展药学服务对促进合理用药的作用

To Study the Role of Clinical Pharmaceutical Care in Promoting Rational Drug Use

目的探究医院临床治疗合理用药质量的提升中药学服务工作开展的意义和价值。方法我院自2018年10月起实施药学服务工作管理,自药学服务开展前、后6个月内各随机抽取3500例药物处方患者作为对照组和研究组,分别对比两组药物处方患者治疗后处方用药合理情况,患者药物治疗效果,生活习惯、用药情况、住院时间以及药物治疗费用。结果研究组患者治疗中处方不合理发生率低于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,良好生活习惯及用药依从性高于对照组,平均住院时间以及药物治疗费用低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床治疗及管理中药学服务的开展对于合理用药以及治疗效果等的提升均有显著作用,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the significance and value of improving the quality of rational drug use in clinical treatment in hospitals. Methods Since October 2018, our hospital has implemented the management of pharmaceutical care. 3500 patients with drug prescriptions were randomly selected as control group and research group within six months before and after the implementation of pharmaceutical care. The rational use of prescriptions, the effect of drug treatment, living habits, drug use, length of stay and the cost of drug treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of unreasonable prescription in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the treatment efficiency was higher than that in the control group, the good living habits and drug compliance were higher than that in the control group, the average hospitalization time and drug treatment cost were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The development of clinical treatment and management of TCM services has significant effect on rational drug use and improvement of therapeutic effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.
