摘要
目的分析药学干预对骨科围手术期合理应用注射用质子泵抑制药的促进作用,探讨药学干预的效果,降低抗生素不合理情况,保障每位临床患者的用药安全。方法本文收治对象为骨科围手术期患者,总例数为200例,收取时间在2015年2月1日至2016年2月10日,总例数采取抽签分组方式分为两组,观察组100例(实施药学干预)、对照组100例(实施常规干预),将两组的质子泵抑制药不合理应用发生率、用药依从性进行对比。结果观察组质子泵抑制药不合理应用发生率5.00%低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。观察组患者用药依从性95.00%显著高于对照组患者用药依从性76.00%,(P <0.05)。结论通过在骨科围手术期对患者进行药学干预,能促进质子泵抑制药合理使用,预防患者不良情况发生,同时对质子泵抑制药的用药方案进行及时调整,能显著降低抗生素不合理情况,保障每位临床患者的用药安全,值得进一步推广和大力应用。
Objective To analyze the promotion effect of pharmaceutical intervention on rational application of proton pump inhibitors for injection in orthopedics perioperative period, and to explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention, reduce the unreasonable situation of antibiotics, and ensure the safety of each clinical patient’s medication. Methods This article for orthopaedic perioperative patients treated object, for a total 200 cases, charging time on February 1, 2015-February 10, 2016, between the total number of cases to the grouping of lottery is divided into two groups, observation group 100 cases(pharmaceutical intervention) and control group 100 cases(routine intervention), the two group, the incidence of irrational use of proton pump inhibitor, medication adherence. Results The incidence rate of improper application of proton pump inhibitors in the observation group was 5.00% lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The compliance of 95.00% of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 76.00% of patients in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Through the orthopaedic perioperative medicine intervention on the patients, can promote the rational use proton pump inhibitor, prevention of patients with adverse circumstances, the use of proton pump inhibitor to adjust, antibiotics can significantly reduce the unreasonable situation, the security of each patient’s clinical application, deserves further promotion and application.
