摘要
目的深入探究视网膜激光光凝术治疗各种眼底病的临床效果。方法从2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的眼底病患者中随机挑选140例患者作为本次临床效果的研究对象,按照眼底疾病的种类及病情轻重的情况分组(糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变、视网膜静脉周围炎、孔原性视网膜脱离及其他眼底病变)将他们分为两个治疗小组,每个小组70例眼底病患者,在其他基础条件相同的情况下,给予对照组眼底病患者采用沃丽汀药物,辅以维生素B1、B2以及维生素C进行治疗,给予观察组眼底病患者采用视网膜激光光凝术进行治疗,将两组眼底病患者经过治疗后的临床效果进行比较。结果对照组眼底病患者的有效治疗率为77.1%,观察组眼底病患者的有效治疗率为94.3%,且观察组患者的不良症状发生率明显低于对照组患者,两组眼底病患者的临床治疗效果的有效率差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论治疗各种类型的眼底病采用视网膜激光光凝术的方法有着十分显著的临床效果,能够促进患者眼部病变情况的改善,降低不良反应的发生率,是一项值得推广的应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of all kinds of fundus ophthalmia. Methods 140 patients were randomly selected from January 2017 to January 2019 for clinical effects. They were grouped into two groups according to the type and severity of the fundus ophthalmopathy(diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein obstruction, central plasma retinal chorotomy, periretinal vein inflammation, foramen retinal detachment and other fundus lesions). In each group of 70 patients with fundus ophthalmopathy, the control group was given Woliting drugs, supplemented with vitamin B1, B2 and vitamin C, and the observation group was treated with retinal laser photocoagulation. The clinical effects of two groups of patients with fundus ophthalmopathy after treatment were compared. Results The effective treatment rate was 77.1% in the control group and 94.3% in the observation group, and the incidence of adverse symptoms was significantly lower in the control group. The difference in the efficacy of clinical treatment between the two groups of patients with fundus ophthalmopathy was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of all types of fundus ophthalmopathy using retinal laser photocoagulation has a very significant clinical effect, can promote the improvement of the patient’s eye lesions, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, is a worthy application.
