清热散治疗血肌酐正常痛风急性期患者的疗效及对炎性因子的影响

Effect of Heat-clearing Powder on Acute Stage of Blood Creatinine Normalgout and Inflammatory Factors

目的观察清热散治疗血肌酐正常痛风急性期患者的疗效及对炎性因子的影响。方法以清热散(治疗组)和双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊(对照组)分别治疗56例、52例血肌酐正常痛风急性期患者,观察治疗2周后血尿酸、血沉、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血沉(ESR)水平。结果对照组治疗前后血尿酸无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后血尿酸较治疗前降低(P<0.05),优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血沉均低于治疗(P<0.05),但两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后IL-1、IL-6无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后IL-1、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后TNF-α均低于治疗前,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热散加减能降低血尿酸,减轻炎性反应。

Objective To observe the effect of heat-clearing powder on acute stage of blood creatinine normal gout and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods The levels of serum uric acid,blood sedimentation(ESR),interleukin 1(IL-1),interleukin 6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFalpha)were observed 2 weeks after the treatment of 56 and 52 patients with blood creatinine normal gout treated with heat-clearing powder(treatment group)and diclofenac sodium sustained release capsule(control group).Results There was no statistically significant difference in serum uric acid before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,serum uric acid in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),which was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ESR in both groups was lower than that in treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in IL-1 and IL-6 before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05),and the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment,showing statistical significance(P<0.05),which was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).TNF-a was lower after treatment than before treatment in both groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat-clearing powder can reduce blood uric acid,reduce inflammation.
