延续护理对银屑病患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Quality of Life of Psoriasis Patients

目的针对患有银屑病的患者,采用延续护理后对患者生活质量改善情况的影响效果进行分析。方法在本院2018年1月至2019年1月期间,接受银屑病治疗的患者中随机挑选64例,选取32例患者记为对比组,采用常规的护理方式,剩下的32例患者选为观察组,采用延续护理,对比两组患者的护理效率、生活质量改善情况、患者对护理的依从性以及对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者的护理效率、生活质量改善情况、患者对护理的依从性以及对护理的满意度均要优于对比组,具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论患有银屑病的患者,采用延续护理,能够有效提高患者的生活质量,使患者的病情得到有效控制,提高患者在治疗过程中的依从度。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with psoriasis. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 64 patients were randomly selected and 32 patients were selected as the control group. Routine nursing methods were used. The remaining 32 patients were selected as the observation group. Continuous nursing was used to compare the nursing efficiency, quality of life improvement, patients’ compliance with nursing and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The nursing efficiency, quality of life improvement, patients’ compliance and satisfaction with nursing in the observation group were better than those in the control group, which had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with psoriasis, effectively control the patient’s condition and improve the patient’s compliance in the course of treatment.
