围手术期腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Perioperative Laparoscopic Treatment of Ovarian Cyst

目的了解围手术期腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的护理效果。方法将我院2014年1月至2018年7月的550例腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿患者,随机分组,围手术期腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿常规护理组给予一般护理,围手术期腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿全方位护理组开展全方位护理。比较两组满意度;围手术期腹腔镜手术实施时间、术后住院情况;护理前后生存质量以及心理;腹腔镜治疗后感染率。结果围手术期腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿全方位护理组满意度、生存质量以及心理、围手术期腹腔镜手术实施时间、术后住院情况、腹腔镜治疗后感染率对比围手术期腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿常规护理组有优势,P <0.05。结论腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿患者实施全方位护理效果确切,其实施可有效缩短腹腔镜手术实施时间、术后住院时间,并减少术后感染的风险,减轻患者的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪,提高患者的生存质量水平,提高患者的满意程度。

Objective To understand the nursing effect of peri operative laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods 550 patients with ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopy in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The routine nursing group was given general nursing, and the comprehensive nursing group was given comprehensive nursing. Compared the satisfaction of the two groups;peri operative laparoscopic operation time, postoperative hospitalization;quality of life and psychology before and after nursing;infection rate after laparoscopic treatment. Results Compared with the routine nursing group, the peri operative laparoscopic treatment group had the advantages in satisfaction, quality of life and psychology, peri operative laparoscopic operation time, postoperative hospitalization and infection rate(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of patients with ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopy is effective. Its implementation can effectively shorten the implementation time of laparoscopic surgery, postoperative hospital stay, reduce the risk of postoperative infection, reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
