优质护理应用于前列腺增生患者护理中的效果观察

目的研究在前列腺增生患者护理中应用优质护理的效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年10月在本院接受前列腺增生护理的96例患者,对照组使用常规护理,实验组使用优质护理,比较两组的并发症发生情况、护理满意度、生活质量以及焦虑情绪。结果实验组的并发症发生率(8.33%)高于对照组(27.08%),实验组的总满意率(95.83%)高于对照组(79.17%),实验组的生活质量评分高于对照组,且实验组的焦虑评分(50.30±4.64)低于对照组(35.98±5.74),P<0.05。结论在前列腺增生护理中使用优质护理,既有利于降低患者出现并发症的概率,也有利于提升患者对护理工作的满意程度,还有利于提升患者的生活质量与改善患者的焦虑情绪,所以应当推广此护理方法。
