综合性护理措施在冠心病患者护理中的应用价值体会

Experience of the Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Measures in the Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析与研究综合性护理在冠心病患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月来我院接受治疗的83例冠心病患者作为本次研究对象,按照治疗的顺序进行分组分为常规组和实验组,常规组41例进行一般护理,实验组42例实施综合性护理,分析护理效果和应用价值。结果实验组患者各项生活质量评分均比常规组的高,生活质量好,且实验组患者治疗总依从率为97.61%,显著比常规的85.37%高,另外,实验组患者护理总满意度为95.24%,明显高于常规组的80.49%,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在冠心病患者临床治疗中应用综合性护理干预,不仅可以改善患者生活质量,还能够提升患者治疗依从性和满意度,应用价值较好。

Objective To analyze and study the value of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eightythree patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from July to May 20, 2016 were enrolled. The subjects were divided into the routine group and the experimental group according to the order of treatment. The general group was treated with general care in 41 cases. In the experimental group, 42 cases were treated with comprehensive nursing, and the nursing effect and application value were analyzed. Results The quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the quality of life was good. The total compliance rate of the experimental group was 97.61%, which was significantly higher than the conventional 85.37%. In addition, the total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was satisfied. It was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(80.49%), which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease can not only improve the quality of life of patients, but also improve the patient’s treatment compliance and satisfaction, and the application value is better.
