观察不孕症患者行宫腹腔镜治疗的手术室护理配合要点

Objective to Observe the Main Points of Nursing Cooperation in Operating Room of Patients with Infertility Undergoing Hysteroscope and Laparoscope

目的观察不孕症患者行宫腹腔镜治疗手术室护理配合要点。方法从我院2018年1月至2019年12月期间收治的不孕症患者中,随机抽取160例作为实验的研究对象,将其随机划分为研究组80例,参照组80例。研究组进行手术室护理,参照组实施常规护理工作,两组在护理前后进行不良反应检测,并比较结果。结果参照组的不良反应发生率高于研究组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理对不孕症患者的不良反应发生率有很好的抑制作用,有着更好的推广价值。

Objective To observe the main points of nursing cooperation in the operating room of patients with infertility undergoing hysteroscope and laparoscopy. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,160 patients with infertility were randomly divided into study group(80 cases) and control group(80 cases). The study group received nursing care in operating room, the control group received routine nursing care, and the two groups received adverse reactions before and after nursing care, and compared the results. Results The incidence of Adr in the control group was higher than that in the study group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The Operation Room nursing to the sterility patient’s adverse reaction occurrence rate has the very good inhibitory effect, has the better promotion value.
