强化优质护理服务在外科护理中的实践效果评析

Analysis on the Effect of Strengthening High-quality Nursing Service in Surgical Nursing

目的评析在外科护理中实践强化优质护理服务的临床效果情况。方法随机择取2018年1月-2019年3月本院外科接收并实施手术治疗的96例患者为调研对象,依据临床护理服务方式的差异将这些患者分别纳入基础组和优质组,各组48例,对比分析两组外科患者的住院时间、并发症出现率以及对护理工作满意度等情况。结果优质组外科患者住院天数是(7.3±1.58)d,基础组外科患者住院天数是(14.8±2.04)d,优质组外科患者住院天数显著短于基础组,两组间对照差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。优质组外科患者术后并发症总出现率6.25%显著低于基础组的33.33%,两组间对照差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在做好常规护理工作的基础之上,强化优质护理服务有利于减少外科患者术后并发症,使其恢复速度加快,进而缩短住院天数,并能提高外科护理整体质量,使患者对护理服务的满意度大幅度提升,该护理模式值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical effect of strengthening quality nursing service in surgical nursing practice. Methods Random will pick in January 2018-March 2019 in our hospital surgery receiving and implementation of surgical treatment of 96 patients as the research object, according to the difference of clinical nursing service mode will be based and quality groups respectively in these patients, 48 cases, constituting the comparative analysis of two groups of patients with surgical hospital stay, complication rate, and satisfaction of nursing work, and so on and so forth. Results The length of hospital stay of surgical patients in the quality group was(7.3±1.58) days, and the length of hospital stay of surgical patients in the basic group was(14.8±2.04) days. The length of hospital stay of surgical patients in the quality group was significantly shorter than that in the basic group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in surgical patients in the quality group was 6.25%, significantly lower than that in the basic group(33.33%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the basis of conventional nursing, strengthen the quality of nursing service is beneficial to reduce the surgical patients with postoperative complications, make its recovery speed, and shorten the hospitalization days, and can improve the quality of surgical nursing as a whole, to significantly enhance patient satisfaction to nursing service, the nursing mode is worth popularizing in clinical application.
