不同程度血小板减少患者中心静脉置管的临床护理要点分析

Analysis of Clinical Nursing Points of Central Venous Catheterization in Patients with Different Degrees of Thrombocytopenia

目的评价不同程度血小板减少患者中心静脉置管的临床护理要点。方法选入2017年9月至2018年9月我院收治的血小板减少中心静脉置管患者88例,采用抽签法的分组形式将其均分成为两个组别,即实验组与对照组,每组各44例,对照组实施基础护理,实验组实施不同程度血小板减少护理,分析护理效果、并发症、满意度。结果实验组护理效果、并发症、满意度远远优于对照组,数据之间的对比存在统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论在血小板减少中心静脉置管实际护理的过程中,采用不同程度血小板减少护理法,有助于针对性的进行指导,根据病情与发病特点等合理的进行引导,有助于提升整体护理工作水平。

Objective To evaluate the clinical nursing points of central venous catheterization in patients with thrombocytopenia of different degrees. Methods 88 patients with thrombocytopenia undergoing central venous catheterization in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots: experimental group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The control group received basic nursing, while the experimental group received different degrees of thrombocytopenia nursing. The nursing effect, complications and satisfaction were analyzed. Results The nursing effect, complications and satisfaction of the experimental group were much better than those of the control group. There were statistical differences between the data, P<0.05. Conclusion In the actual nursing process of central venous catheterization for thrombocytopenia, different levels of thrombocytopenia nursing methods are helpful for targeted guidance, reasonable guidance according to the condition and characteristics of the disease, and help to improve the overall level of nursing work.
