乳腺癌行改良根治术的围术期护理方法及效果

Perioperative Nursing Methods and Effects of Modified Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的探究乳腺癌行改良根治术的围术期护理方法及效果。方法将2018年2月至2019年2月收治的98例行乳腺癌改良根治术的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组采用围术期护理干预模式。结果两组护理前的心理状态(焦虑、抑郁)、术后总有效率比较均未见明显差异(P>0.05);观察组护理后的焦虑、抑郁情绪均轻于对照组,生理、心理、社会环境、文化、满意度评分均高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强围术期护理干预可明显提高乳腺癌患者身心舒适度和手术治疗安全性。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods and effects of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods 98 patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received perioperative nursing intervention. Result There was no significant difference in the mental state(anxiety, depression) before nursing and the total effective rate after operation between the two groups(P>0.05);the anxiety and depression of the observation group after nursing were lighter than those of the control group, the scores of physiology, psychology, social environment, culture and satisfaction were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications after nursing was lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening perioperative nursing intervention can significantly improve the physical and mental comfort and surgical safety of breast cancer patients.
