早期护理干预在脑梗死患者语言肢体康复中的应用效果分析

Effect Analysis of Early Nursing Intervention in the Application of Language and Limb Rehabilitation for Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的探究早期护理干预在脑梗死患者语言肢体康复中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法,将我院2018年1月至2019年8月间收治的80例脑梗死患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予早期护理干预,观察两组患者护理前后的语言和肢体功能评分,并对比护理效果。结果两组患者护理前语言和肢体功能评分未见统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者护理后的语言和肢体功能评分显著提高,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。(P <0.05)。结论早期护理干预在脑梗死患者语言和肢体康复中的应用效果显著,值得临床大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of early nursing intervention in language and limb rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, patients in the observation group were given early nursing intervention, the language and limb function scores before and after nursing were observed, and the nursing effects were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in language and limb function scores between the two groups(P<0.05). The language and limb function scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were significantly improved, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing intervention has a significant effect on language and limb rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction, which is worthy of clinical application.
