固定资产是医疗实力的体现,也是保障医院各项工作顺利进行的基础,因此,在固定资产的购置与管理上都要有严格的工作方针。针对现在医院中普遍存在的重采购、轻管理的现象我们要予以重视,并借助信息化管理的手段进行解决。那么在工作中如何借助信息化管理手段提高工作的实效性,避免资源浪费就成为当今管理的重中之重。本文主要围绕如何提高医院固定资产信息化管理水平的具体措施进行论述。

Fixed assets are not only the embodiment of medical strength, but also the basis of ensuring the smooth progress of hospital work. Therefore, there should be strict working policies in the purchase and management of fixed assets. We should pay more attention to the phenomenon that purchasing is more important than management, and solve it by means of information management. So in the work, how to improve the effectiveness of the work with the help of information management means and avoid the waste of resources has become the top priority of today’s management. This paper focuses on how to improve the hospital fixed assets information management level of specific measures discussed.
