基层疾控中心微生物检验的常见问题与对策分析

Analysis of Common Problems and Countermeasures in Microbial Testing of Basic Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

在基层疾控中心,微生物检验作为其较为重要的环节,能够在很大程度上决定工作质量,因而有效管理基层疾控中心的微生物检验具有重要的现实意义。现阶段,对于我国基层疾控中心而言,其在管理微生物检验工作的过程中尚存在一定的缺陷与不足,例如检验人员缺乏较高的专业技能与素质、检验环境不符合相关标准,检验人员配置不足以及检验设备较为落后等。鉴于此,本文对微生物检验过程中常见的问题进行简要分析,并针对存在的问题制定相应的措施,旨在进一步提高微生物临床检验质量。

In the grass-roots CDC, microbial test, as an important link, can determine the quality of work to a great extent, so it is of great practical significance to effectively manage the microbial test of the grass-roots CDC. At present, for the grass-roots CDC in China, there are still some defects and shortcomings in the process of managing microbial inspection, such as the lack of high professional skills and quality of inspectors, and the inspection environment does not meet the relevant standards. The inspection personnel is insufficient and the inspection equipment is relatively backward and so on. In view of this, this paper makes a brief analysis of the common problems in the process of microbiological testing, and aims at the existing problems. The corresponding measures are formulated in order to further improve the quality of clinical examination of microorganisms.
