高职院校二级院部教务管理的问题分析与对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of Teaching Affairs Management in the Secondary Departments and Schools of Higher Vocational Colleges

教务管理体现了一个学校的整体素质,同时也是体现和决定一个学校教学质量最终水平的重要一环。“随着国家对教育事业的重视,明确高校发展要以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的五大发展理念”[1],各高职院校为贯彻落实上级领导的指示,对学校建设开始进行从内到外的创新改革,改革就要改得彻底,从基层开始不放过任何细节。该文针对高职院校二级院部教务的管理,对工作中发现的问题进行分析探讨,并结合实际情况提出一些建议。

Teaching affairs management reflects the overall quality of a college,and is also an important part reflecting and determining the final result of teaching quality in the college."As the country attaches importance to education,it is clear that the development of colleges and universities should be based on the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing."[1]To implement the instructions of superior leaders,all higher vocational colleges have initiated innovations and reforms in school construction from the inside out.The reforms must be started from the grassroots thoroughly without letting go of anything.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems foundin the teaching affairsmanagement of the secondary departments and schools of higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some suggestions based on the actual situation.
