高校学生社区是大学生思政教育的重要育人阵地。作为文化育人的重要部分,社区文化影响着学生价值观的塑造。对此,我们应立足于学院的办学特色、学生的专业特点和需求,营造良好的育人环境,健全社区队伍管理制度,丰富文化品牌,调动学生的主动性,构建“文化+”理念下高校学生社区文化自我管理教育模式。

College students'communities are an important position for college students'ideological and political education.As an important part of education through culture,community culture influences students'values and so on.For this,based on the characteristics of the school,and the professional characteristics and needs of students,we established a good education environment,improved the community management team and system,enriched cultural brands,and mobilized students'initiative,thus establishing a self-management education model of college students'community culture under the"culture+"concept.
