Research on the Innovation Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education in Private Colleges in the New Era

高校思想政治教育机制创新是民办高校在中国特色社会主义进入新时代背景下的内在要求。该文针对新时代民办高校思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,提出了三方面的建议,包括完善思政课师资队伍、创新思政课堂,以及加强学校的文化育人和心理育人。

The mechanism innovation of ideological and political education is an internal requirement for private colleges under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era.In view of the problems existing in the ideological and political work of private colleges in the new era,this paper proposes three suggestions,including improving the teaching staff for ideological and political courses,innovating ideological and political classroom teaching,and strengthening education through culture and psychology.
