在国际化竞争日益加剧、国内“双一流”高校建设急速推进的新形势下,大学生物理实验竞赛对理工科复合型人才的培养具有重要的现实意义。该文较为全面地分析了大学生物理实验竞赛与复合型人才培养的现状,进而提出符合高校理工科实际情况的复合型人才培养模式,以建立起长效的复合型人才培养机制。

In the new situation of the increasing international competition and the rapid development of the construction of"double first-class"colleges and universities in China,the physical experiment competition of college students is of great practical significance for the cultivation of compound talents in science and engineering.This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of college students'physical experiment competition in promoting the cultivation of compound talents,puts forward the training mode of compound talents which is in line with the actual situation of science and engineering in colleges and universities,and establishes a long-term training mechanism of compound talents.
