摘要
目的:对于健美操初学者来说,练习中需要稳定的支撑,肢体的平衡能力越强,越有利于展示动作的协调舒展,拥有良好的平衡能力直接影响健美操初学者的动作完成质量,能够提升其学习新动作的动力。结果:(1)经过12周的核心力量训练,健美操初学者实验组FMS测试的差异都具有显著性,实验组核心稳定性有很明显的提高。(2)经过12周的核心力量训练,健美操初学者实验组的闭眼单脚立、动态平衡能力SEBT测试的差异都具有显著性,实验组的平衡能力有明显的提高。(3)建议在对健美操初学者的训练中增加核心力量训练,这样可以提高初学者的练习效果。
Objective:For aerobics beginners,stable support is required during the exercise.The stronger the balance ability of the body,the more conducive to the coordinated stretch of movements.Having a good balance ability directly affects the quality of aerobics beginners'movement completion and improves their motivation to learn new movements.Results:(1)After twelve weeks of core strength training,the differences in the FMS test of the experimental group of aerobics beginners were significant,so the core stability of the experimental group was significantly improved.(2)After twelve weeks of core strength training,the differences in the SEBT test of the abilities of one-leg standing with eyes closed and dynamic balance of the experimental group of aerobics beginners were significant,so the balance ability of the experimental group is significantly improved.(3)It is recommended to increase core strength training in the training of aerobics beginners.This can improve the practice effect for beginners.
