“1+X”证书制度下高职学生学习生涯规划探索

Exploration on Higher Vocational College Students'Study Career Planning under the"1+X"Certificate System

高职院校为社会经济发展输送各类技术技能型人才,“高职扩招一百万”和“1+X”证书制度的推行,给高职教育带来了机遇与挑战。相关调查显示,高职学生缺乏学习生涯规划意识,学习目标不明确,导致他们综合素质参差不齐,就业竞争力不强,这无疑加剧了社会对高技能型人才的强烈需求与现实的不足之间的矛盾。针对这一现象,该文结合“1+X”证书制度的指导思想,提出高职学生提升学习生涯规划的策略,以期帮助高职生完成学业,实现学习生涯与职业生涯的接轨。

Higher vocational colleges provide all kinds of technical talents for social and economic development.The implementation of"enrollment of one million students"and"1+X"certificate system has brought opportunities and challenges to higher vocational education.Relevant surveys show that higher vocational college students lack awareness of study career planning and their learning goals are unclear,which leads to uneven levels of their comprehensive qualities and poor competitiveness in employment.This undoubtedly aggravates the contradiction between the strong social demand for highly skilled talents and the reality.In view of this phenomenon,under the guidance of"1+X"certificate system,this paper puts forward some strategies for higher vocational college students to improve their study career planning so as to help them complete their study life and realize the connection between their study career and their professional career.
