The city profile on the government portal is responsible for publicizing and displaying the image of the region,attracting investment and talents.This paper,taking Luzhou as an example,attempts to use the attitude system of the appraisal theory to study such discourses so as to discuss the realization of emotion,judgment and appreciation value and its construction of the interpersonal meaning.
