摘要
为促进岑溪软枝油茶(Cenxi soft-branched Camellia oleifera)优良种质的筛选,对来宾地区种植的油茶果实数量性状概率分布进行研究。结果表明,果实中单籽重变异幅度大,果高和果径变异幅度小。通过One-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验法,对果实数量性状进行正态性检验,除单籽重以外,单果重、果高、果径、果皮厚、籽粒数、鲜籽重和鲜出籽率均符合正态分布,并依据检验结果,对果实的数量性状进行概率分级。
In order to promote screening of excellent germplasm of Cenxi soft-branched Camellia oleifera,probability distribution of quantitative traits of C.oleifera fruits in Laibin was studied.Results showed that variation of single seed weight in fruits was large.Variations of fruit height and fruit diameter were small.Test of normality of fruit quantitative traits was carried out by One-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.Except for single seed weight,single fruit weight,fruit height,fruit diameter,pericarp thickness,seed number,fresh seed weight and fresh seed rate were all in accordance with normal distribution,and probability grading of fruit quantitative traits was carried out according to results.
