磷对尾巨桉DH32-29幼苗铝胁迫的缓解效应 被引量:1

摘要 以尾巨桉(Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis)DH32-29幼苗为试验材料,通过测定其幼苗各部分的生物量和铝含量,分析磷对该无性系在铝胁迫下的缓解效应及其缓解机制。结果表明,磷能改善植株缺磷的情况,减少植株对铝的吸收,促进植株生长。磷对铝胁迫的缓解机制主要表现在两个方面,一方面磷的添加缓解植株的缺磷状态;另一方面,铝容易与土壤中的PO4^3-螯合,形成AlPO4沉降,降低游离Al^3+的浓度,缓解其对植株的迫害。 Using Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis DH32-29 seedlings as experimental materials,by measurement of biomass and aluminum content,mitigating effects and mitigating mechanism of phosphorus to aluminum stress were analyzed.Results showed that addition of phosphorus could improve phorusphorus deficiency,reduce absorption of aluminum and promot growth of plants.Mitigating mechanism expresed from two aspects.Addition of phosphorus could mitigate phorusphorus deficiency.Aluminum could chelate with PO4^3-from soil easily,which could form AlPO4 sedimentation,reduce concentration of Al^3+,and mitigate persecution for plants.
