摘要
为研究不同巨桉(Eucalyptus grandis)家系优良单株扦插生根的差异及扦插季节、生根激素和培养基质对巨桉扦插生根的影响,设计了春、夏、秋和冬4季,ABT-1、GGR和根太阳3种生根激素,黄心土、泥炭土和珍珠岩混合的3种培养基质进行单因素试验。结果表明,不同巨桉家系优良单株的插穗生根率差异极显著,家系1145的优树生根率最高(97.2%);不同季节的生根率差异极显著,春季生根率最高,夏季最低;3种激素作用下的生根率均显著高于对照,其中GGR的促根效果最佳;黄心土+泥炭土+珍珠岩(1∶1∶1)的生根率最高。构建了扦插季节、生根激素选择和培养基质种类与配比关键要素的巨桉扦插繁育技术。
In order to explore differences of rooting among different superior trees in Eucalyptus grandis families and effects of cuttage season,rooting hormone and culture substrates on rooting of E.grandis,single factor experiments were conducted on four seasons(spring,summer,autumn and winter),three kinds of rooting hormones(ABT-1,GGR and Root sun),and three culture substrates(mixtures of yellow soil,peat and perlite).Results showed that rooting rates of superior trees in different E.grandis families had extremely significant differences.Rooting rate of superior tree from 1145 family was the highest(97.2%).Rooting rates in different seasons had extremely significant differences,among which rooting rate was the highest in spring and the lowest in summer.Rooting rates of three hormones were significantly higher than that of control group.Root promotion effect of GGR was the best.Rooting rate of culture substrate mixed yellow soil+peat+perlite(1∶1∶1)was the highest.Cuttage propagation technology of E.grandis was established,including cuttage season,rooting hormone selection and key factors of culture substrate types and proportions.
