基于青年需求的未来社区居住空间的设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF FUTURE COMMUNITY LIVING SPACE BASED ON YOUTH NEEDS

从我国当前城市发展的现状来看,越来越多的青年人成为城市发展的主要力量,青年人向城市涌入的比例也一直居高不下,在这种社会发展形势下,青年人的住房问题就成为城市发展中不容忽视的一个重要问题。虽然当前城市青年公寓的租赁是城市中青年解决居住问题的主要方式,但是当前我国城市青年具有很强的独立性和自主意识,有自己的想法,因此对于居住空间的要求也相比以往有了很大的改变,所以传统的青年公寓等已经越来越难以满足青年对于居住的现代化要求,根据城市青年的心理特点和实际需求来为其设计更符合其特点的居住空间能够更好的有利于青年在城市的发展。

With the rapid development of cities in China, housing prices in major cities continue to rise. A series of words such as "snail dwelling," "capsule apartment," and "ant clan" appear, which directly reflect the severe housing problems faced by contemporary urban youth. There are many small houses on the market, but the special living needs of young people also have new requirements for their living space. This paper mainly categorizes the spatial patterns of small single-person youth residences, and deeply discusses the spatial characteristics and design methods of various types of spatial patterns. On this basis, the authors proposed the design of future community living space based on youth needs.
