摘要
研究了双官能团相容剂KT20对聚乳酸(PLA)与对苯二甲酸己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)共混物的力学性能、热性能、动态流变性能和微观形貌的影响。红外结果显示,马来酸酐与环氧官能团能够与PLA和PBAT发生化学键合;冷结晶温度的变化表明,KT20能够抑制PBAT对PLA冷结晶的促进作用;动态流变曲线说明,KT20能够改善PLA和PBAT的相容性;SEM照片中界面形态的变化提供了KT20能提高共混物两相体系界面结合力的证据;适当用量的KT20可以显著提高材料的综合力学性能。
The effects of compatibilizer(KT20) containing two functional group on the mechanical properties,thermal properties,dynamic rheological properties and micro-morpho logy of poly(lactic acid)(PL A)/poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)composites were studied.The fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) results show that the epoxy group and maleic anhydride groups can occur chemically bonding with PLA and PBAT.The change of cold crystallization temperature demonstrates that KT20 can inhibit the promotion effect of PBAT on PLA cold crystallization.The dynamic rheological curve shows that KT20 can improve the compatibility between PLA and PBAT.The scanning electron microscope(SEM) photos could provide evidence that KT20 could enhance the interface binding force of the two-phase system of composite materials.The properly dosage of KT20 can significantly boost the comprehensive mechanical properties of the material.
