摘要 通过熔融共混制备了不同聚乳酸(PLA)含量的聚己内酯(PCL)/PLA共混物,研究了PLA含量对共混物相形态以及流变性能的影响,并通过超临界CO2发泡研究了相形态及黏弹性对泡孔结构的影响。结果表明,随着PLA含量的增加,分散相的尺寸和密度均有所增加,并且PLA的添加提高了共混物的黏弹性。在超临界CO2发泡过程中,异相成核点增加,泡孔密度提高,且熔体强度的提高有效抑制了发泡过程中泡孔的塌陷,泡孔形貌得到改善,并且对孔隙率和开孔率进行了分析,给出了开孔机理。 The polycapro lactone(PCL)/poly(lactic acid)(PLA) blends with different PL A contents were prepared by melt blending.The effects of PLA contents on the phase morphology and rheological properties of the blends were studied.The effects of phase morphology and viscoelasticity on the cell structure were investigated by supercritical carbon dioxide(CO2) foaming.The results show that with the increase of PLA contents,the size and density of the dispersed phase are increased,and the viscoelasticity of the blends is improved by the addition of PLA.In the process of supercritical CO2 foaming,the number of heterogeneous nucleation point raises.The cell density increases.The improvement of melt strength could effectively inhibit the collapse of foam hole in the forming process and the morphology of cell is improved.The porosity and opening rate are analyzed,and the opening mechanism is explained.
