摘要
利用热重分析仪(TGA)对碳酸钙填充玻纤增强聚丙烯材料涉及的原材料进行分解性质的研究和分析,优化了实验条件,最终通过碳酸钙在650~750℃下分解损失的质量与碳酸钙中二氧化碳的质量损失(44%)相一致,并且对不同碳酸钙改性体系中碳酸钙质量分数进行测定和重复性验证,相对偏差均小于10%;结果表明利用TGA可以方便、快捷地完成单一碳酸钙改性聚丙烯和复杂填充聚丙烯材料中碳酸钙的定量分析。
The thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA) was used to study and analyze the decomposition properties of the raw materials involved in calcium carbonate-filled glass fiber reinforced polypropylene materials,and the experimental conditions were optimized.Finally,the weight loss of calcium carbonate at 650 ~750 ℃ was the same with the weight loss of carbon dioxide in calcium carbonate(44%),and the calcium carbonate content in different calcium carbonate modified systems were measured and verified.The relative deviations were less than 10%.The results show that the use of TGA can conveniently and quickly complete the quantitative analysis of calcium carbonate in single calcium carbonate modified polypropylene and complex filled polypropylene materials.
