摘要
通过对开裂断面的形貌观察及不同批次之间的显微红外光谱分析(FTIR)、热失重分析(TGA)、凝胶渗透色谱分析(GPC)、物理性能、耐环境应力对比分析。结果表明,此批次塑料底座开裂的原因是原料中添加了相对分子质量较低、分布较宽的回收料。
Through the observation of the morphology of the fracture surface and the analysis of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),physical properties and stress resistance of the different batches,it was known that the cracking of the plastic base was due to the addition of relatively low molecular weight and wide distribution of recycled materials.
