摘要
目的利用网络药理学研究七福饮治疗老年性痴呆的药理机制。方法采用TCMSP等分析平台检索七福饮的活性成分,并且得到其活性成分对应的靶点;然后通过OMIM、Genecards数据库检索老年性痴呆相关靶点,使用DAVID软件对获得靶点进行GO注释分析和KEGG通路分析,采用Cytoscape 3.7.1软件建立活性成分-靶点-通路网络模型。结果七福饮靶点基因和老年性痴呆的相关基因取交集,共有23个相关基因,由KEGG分析,以P≤0.05为标准筛选通路,得到47条通路。结论七福饮可通过多成分、多靶点、多通路治疗老年性痴呆。
Objective To study the pharmacological mechanism of Qifuyin in treating senile dementia by network pharmacology.Methods The active components of Qifuyin were retrieved by TCMSP and the corresponding targets were obtained.Then,relevant targets of senile dementia were retrieved by OMIM and Genecards databases.GO annotation analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were performed by DAVID software.Cytoscape 3.7.1 software was used to establish the model of active component-target-pathway network.Results A total of 23 related genes were obtained after intersection of Qifuyin target gene and relevant target gene of senile dementia,47 signaling pathways were obtained by KEGGpathway enrichment analysis.Conclusion Qifuyin can treat senile dementia by multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway.
