摘要
为了满足矿用气动回转钻机转矩与转速等综合性能试验需求,基于GB/T 5621—2008《凿岩机械与气动工具性能试验方法》标准中规定的试验方法和技术要求,应用电-气比例控制技术、励磁比例控制技术、动态转矩测试技术、PLC控制技术,研制了一套矿用气动回转钻机综合性能试验系统,介绍了其结构组成、功能原理等。试验系统软件部分,基于VB语言开发了与试验标准相适应的测控系统及人机交互界面,具备试验过程自动控制、数据实时处理和显示、自动生成检验报告、测试记录输出等功能,提高了矿用气动回转钻机综合性能测试方法的科学性和测试数据的准确性。
In order to meet the requirements of test for comprehensive performance of the mine pneumatic rotary drill rig such as torque and speed etc., based on the test methods and technical requirements specified in GB/T 5621-2008 Test methods of performance for rock drilling machines and pneumatic tools, the electropneumatic proportional control technology, excitation proportional control technology, dynamic torque test technology and PLC control technology were applied to develop a set of test system for comprehensive performance of the mine pneumatic rotary drill rig, and its structural composition, function and principle were introduced. As to the software of the test system, the measurement and control system as well as the humancomputer interface were developed based on VB language. It could automatically control the test process, realtime disposal and display data, automatically generate test report and output test report etc. The test system improved the scientificity of the test method for the comprehensive performance of the mine pneumatic rotary drill rig and the accuracy of test data.
