激光强磁钢丝绳在线探伤系统的研究与应用

Research and application of laser high-intensity magnetic on-line detection system for wire rope

摘要 为研究激光与强磁分析理论实现在线检测钢丝绳的原理和方法,以钢丝绳数字化强磁检测技术为基础,通过相应的软件技术,可以实现数据记录和分析,并在一定的时间间隔内给出安全评估报告,添加检测指标,进一步提高钢丝绳的检测精度。利用先进的激光技术和钢丝绳直径收缩进行测试,可以实时检测钢丝绳断丝与直径收缩数据,通过与技术指标进行比对分析,进而判断出检测数据是否达标。试验结果表明:利用激光与强磁检测技术,检测精度和速度明显提高,钢丝绳的寿命预测和安全评估可以在线完成,可以较早预测险情,较大提高了钢丝绳使用的安全性和经济性。 In order to research the laser and high-intensity magnetic analysis theory so as to realize the online wire rope detection principle and method, based on the digital high-intensity magnetic wire rope detection technology, corresponding software was applied to realize data record and analysis, and safety assessment report was offered every regular interval, then detection indexes were added so as to enhance the wire rope detection precision. By using advanced laser technology and wire rope diameter contraction, the test was conducted, broken wire of the wire rope was online detected and the diameter contraction data were obtained. After comparison with technical indexes, whether the detected data was up to the standard could be judged. The test results showed: with the aid of the laser and high-intensity magnetic detection technology, both the detection precision and speed obviously enhanced, the life prediction and safety assessment of the wire rope completed online, thus the hidden danger could be predicted in advance, which greatly improved the service safety and economy of wire rope.
