摘要
随着公司EPC总承包项目的增多,为进一步推进项目管理的标准化、规范化、信息化,提升项目管理质量,提高项目管理水平,项目管理考核评价是企业级项目管理工作的重要手段。本文根据EPC总承包项目的特点,结合项目目标责任书的目标,建立项目管理考核指标体系,利用层次分析法计算出各指标权重,以某风电总承包项目为例进行评价。
With the increase of EPC projects,in order to further promote the standardization and informatization of project management,improve the quality of project management,and improve the level of project management,project management assessment and evaluation is an important means of enterprise level project management.In this paper,according to the characteristics of EPC project,combined with the objectives of the project objective responsibility statement,the project management evaluation index system is established,and the weight of each index is calculated by AHP,a wind power EPC project is taken as an example for evaluation.
