基层部队军事训练中风险管理模式的探讨

Discussion on the Model of Risk Management in Military Training of Grass-roots Troops

结合当前基层部队军事训练特点,简要阐述了军事训练风险管理理论,从军事训练风险管理的五个方面内容,建立了事训练风险管理模式。可根据该模式指导基层单位建立同类型风险管理模式,以达到科学化、标准化地开展训练风险管理工作,具有一定参考价值。

Combined with the characteristics of military training in grass-roots units,this paper briefly expounds the theory of military training risk management,and establishes the risk management mode of military training from five aspects.According to this model,grass-roots units can be guided to establish the same type of risk management model,so as to carry out training risk management scientifically and standardly,which has certain reference value.
