摘要 由于干硬性混凝土相对于普通混凝土水泥用量小,用水量低,水灰比小,砂率低,碎石用量大,浇筑混凝土板的干缩性小,对减少路面微裂和断板,提高基层强度,减小重载带来的基层病害,保证面层平整度十分有利。因此,本文依托新华西街市政工程,对碾压干硬性混凝土基层施工中工艺原理、流程及操作要点、配合比设计、生产、运输、施工等的关键技术以进行研究,对今后相关工程具有指导性意义。 Due to the small amount of dry and hard concrete compared with ordinary concrete cement,low water consumption,small water cement ratio,low sand rate,large amount of crushed stone,and small shrinkage of concrete slab,it is very beneficial to reduce the micro cracks and broken slab of pavement,improve the strength of base course,reduce the diseases of base course caused by heavy load,and ensure the flatness of surface course.Therefore,relying on the Xinhua west street project,this paper studies the key technologies in the construction of roller compacted dry hard concrete base,such as process principle,process and operation key points,mix proportion design,production,transportation,construction,etc.,which has guiding significance for the future related projects.
