无人机遥感技术在河湖岸线利用管理规划中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在全面推进河长制的形势下,河湖管理保护工作显得尤为重要。无人机遥感技术具有分辨率高、灵活机动、响应速度快,实时性强、不受地形地貌等区域环境影响等优势和特点。因此,将无人机遥感技术运用在河湖岸线利用管理规划中起到了长足的进步。本文采用无人机遥感技术对德州市河湖岸线利用管理情况进行调研,选用笃马河作为典型示例,利用无人机航测生成的数字正射影像图。结果显示,不仅可以清晰地对河湖现状利用情况进行迅速的判读,同时也可以达到对河岸线进行监测等其他有效管理和治理的目的。 In the situation of comprehensively promoting the river chief system,the management and protection of rivers and lakes is particularly important.UAV remote sensing technology has the advantages and characteristics of high resolution,flexible maneuverability,fast response speed,strong real-time performance,and no influence by regional environment such as terrain.Therefore,the application of UAV remote sensing technology in river and lake shoreline utilization management planning has made great progress.In this paper,the UAV remote sensing technology is used to investigate the utilization management of rivers and lakes in Dezhou City,the Duma River is selected as a typical example,and the digital orthophoto image generated by UAV aerial survey is used.The results show that not only the current status of the utilization of rivers and lakes can be clearly interpreted quickly,but also other effective management and governance purposes such as monitoring of riparian lines can be achieved.
