摘要
针对企业售后维修服务信息化管理技术低、客户分散和企业多等特点,本文根据企业售后服务信息化建设的现状,针对W公司售后维修服务方式、业务流程和公司内容管理信息化等方面进行系统的研究。采用了Web技术和面向对象UML分析技术设计了企业售后维修服务系统模型,在功能上力求满足客户和企业利用互联网实现售后维修服务信息化管理水平。通过建立基于B/S模式的售后维修服务系统,提高企业售后维修服务信息化管理水平,实现一个利用计算机技术管理客户和企业的信息化管理平台。
According to the characteristics of low information management technology,scattered customers and many enterprises in enterprise after-sales maintenance service,according to the current situation of information construction of after-sales service,this paper makes a systematic study on the way of after-sales maintenance service,business process and content management information of W company.Then the web technology and object-oriented UML analysis technology are used to design the model of enterprise after-sales maintenance service system,which aims to meet the needs of customers and enterprises to achieve the information management level of after-sales maintenance service by using the Internet.Through the establishment of B/S mode based after-sales maintenance service system,improve the level of enterprise after-sales maintenance service information management,to achieve a computer technology management customer and enterprise information management platform.
