The current BIM technology is becoming more and more mature,and its application in architectural design is becoming more and more extensive.This article firstly analyzes the basic concepts of BIM technology and its application advantages in architectural design.Then the application of BIM technology is elaborated in detail through the design content in each stage of the architectural design process.Finally,the application of BIM technology in architectural design is described in conjunction with an architectural engineering case.The research in this paper has important practical significance for further promoting the application of BIM technology in architectural design.
