消防洪水急流救援教学训练及实战应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 分析现阶段国内外洪水急流救援现状和当前我国消防部门在洪水急流救援训练中存在的问题,提出在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,从装备配备、训练设施建设、训练方法步骤等方面,提出我国洪水急流救援训练策略;从团队分工协作、方案预案制定、救援方法选择等方面,提出我国洪水急流救援实战策略。 By analyzing the current situation of flood and swift water rescue at home and abroad,and the problems existing in the domestic training of fire brigades,this paper puts forward strategies for rescue training in China from such aspects as equipment,facilities and methods,and for practical application from such aspects as cooperation and division of labor,pre-arranged planning and rescue method selection.
