黄河流域服务业高质量发展探析

An Analysis of High-Quality Development of Service Industry in the Yellow River Basin

以黄河流域57个地级城市为主要研究对象,运用熵值法、相对发展率指数以及区位熵等方法分析黄河流域服务业发展水平、发展速度及各行业发展特征。结果表明:①黄河流域服务业发展水平空间差异显著,水平较高的仅有西安、济南、郑州、呼和浩特等省会城市,且2007—2017年空间分异特征增强。②服务业发展增速缓慢,东中西部差距逐渐增大。③分行业来看,生产性服务业专业化水平小幅提升,优于生活性服务业,内部行业中仅有金融业具有专业化优势。生活性服务业专业化水平有所下降,仅有文化、体育娱乐业具有专业化优势。总体上其专业化水平都亟待提升。④分区域来看,上游地区服务业发展基础薄弱,应发挥其生态景观优势以生态旅游促进服务业发展,同时发挥呼包鄂兰西等城市的带动作用。中游地区资源优势显著,二三产业融合促进产业转型是主要发展方向。下游地区金融业突出,高技术服务业发展不充分,要发挥区位优势促进制造业与服务业融合发展,打造服务业发展的增长极。

This paper takes 57 prefecture-level cities as the research object,using entropy method,NICH index and location entropy to evaluate the development level,development speed and development characteristics of the service industry in the Yellow River Basin.The result shows that,in general,the level of service industry development in the Yellow River Basin is relatively low.The only cities with high level of development are Xi'an,Jinan,and Zhengzhou,the spatial differentiation characteristics have increased from 2007 to 2017;The growth rate of the service industry is low,and the gap between the east,middle and west gradually has increased;The specialization level of producer services and life services are all low.The financial industry and the culture,sports and entertainment industry have specialized advantages;From a regional perspective,the development foundation of the upstream service industry is weak,we should take advantage of its ecological landscape to promote the development of the service industry with eco-tourism,and at the same time important cities should play a leading role.The resources advantage in the middle reaches is obvious,and the integration of secondary and tertiary industries is the main direction of development.The financial industry in the downstream area is prominent,and the development of high-tech service industry is not sufficient.It is necessary to take advantage of the location to promote the integrated development of the manufacturing industry and the service industry and create a growth pole for the development of the service industry.
