摘要
应用方差分析法进行了飞机有寿件寿命分析,建立了单因素方差分析模型,采用R语言分析软件进行了分析。通过分析可以看出,各个批次的有寿件寿命存在不同,并选择出寿命最长的有寿件,从而为部件采购管理、提高飞机高可靠性和安全性提供决策依据。实践证明,该方法原理简单,便于操作,实用性强。
The life analysis in Aircraft life-limiting components was carried out by using the variance analysis method. The one-way analysis of variance was established and analyzed by R language analysis software. Through analysis, it can be seen that the lifespan of each batch has different lifespans, and the longest life-storing parts are selected, which provides decision-making basis for component procurement management and improvement of aircraft reliability and safety. Practice has proved that the method is simple in principle, easy to operate, and practical.
