摘要
随着世界范围内糖尿病的发病率日益增高,糖尿病性白内障(diabetic cataract,DC)的发生率也不断增加,糖尿病患者发生白内障的概率是非糖尿病患者的2~5倍,氧化应激是DC主要的发病机制之一。本研究从DC的发病机制、核因子类胡萝卜素2-Kelch样ECH相关蛋白1(nuclear factor erythroid-derived 2-Kelch-like ECH-associated protein1,Nrf2-keap1)和DC的关系、自噬与DC氧化应激的关系和抗氧化剂与DC的关系4个方面进行论述。
With the increasing incidence of diabetes worldwide,the incidence of diabetic cataract(DC)is also increasing.People with diabetes are 2-5 times more likely to develop cataracts than non-diabetic patients.Oxidative stress is one of the main pathogenesis of DC.This review discusses the pathogenesis of DC,the relationship between nuclear factor erythroid-derived 2-Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Nrf2-keap 1)and DC,the relationship between autophagy and DC oxidative stress,and the relationship between antioxidants and DC.
