乙烯-辛烯接枝聚合物改性沥青的性能研究

摘要 采用乙烯-辛烯接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(POE-g-GMA)作为沥青改性剂,按照1.5%、3.0%、5.0%的掺量加入到3种70号基质沥青中制备改性沥青样品,通过沥青常规试验、动态剪切流变试验及红外光谱分析等,评估POE-g-GMA接枝聚合物改性沥青的性能特点,并与苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青样品进行对比研究。结果表明:相比于SBS改性剂,POE-g-GMA接枝物对基质沥青高温性能提升更为显著,在进一步优化延度性能的基础上,POE-g-GMA接枝聚合物有望作为新型聚合物沥青改性剂。 Ethylene-octene grafted polymer POE-g-GMA was used as asphalt modifier in this paper.It was added to three kinds of 70#matrix asphalts to prepare modified asphalt samples by the dosage of 1.5%,3.0%and 5.0%respectively.The performance characteristics of POE-g-GMA grafted polymer modified asphalt was evaluated by the routine tests of modified asphalt,dynamic shear rheology test and infrared spectrum analysis,and carried out the comparative study with SBS modified asphalt samples.The results show that the POE-g-GMA polymer improves the high-temperature performance of the matrix asphalt more significantly than the SBS modifier.On the basis of further optimizing the ductility performance,the POE-g-GMA grafted polymer is expected to be a new polymer modifier in PMA.
