摘要
针对某1200万t/a常减压蒸馏装置,从装置物料平衡及装置能耗,关键工艺参数及产品性质变化等方面分析低负荷生产期间装置运行状态,指出运行问题,提出应对措施。
For a 1200wt/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation device,the operation status of the device during low-load production was analyzed from the aspects of device material balance and device energy consumption,key process parameters and product property changes,pointed out the operation problems,and proposed countermeasures.
