摘要
最初油田常规直井作业测量井斜的方法是使用测斜绞车拉单点测斜仪或者起钻前投多点测斜,这2种方法都存在严重滞后性,不能根据井斜变化趋势调整钻进参数,从而导致井斜超标,电子式随钻直井测斜仪作为无线随钻式电子仪器,可以进行井斜实时测量,对比MWD仪器,具备结构简单、操作快捷的优势,能够合理反映井斜变化趋势,为钻井提供实时数据支持,提高作业效率。
The way of measuring well deviation by sending multipoint inclinometer or using logging winch to pull single-point inclinometer usually lags seriously.It leads to the well deviation beyond the design.The electronic inclinometer for vertical well while drilling is used to monitor the change of well deviation real-timely.Compared to the MWD,it has the advantages of simple structure and quick operation,can reflect the trend of well deviation reasonably,provide real-time data support for drilling,and improve operation efficiency.
