翅片管换热器在天然气发动机低温空气加热系统中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 天然气发动机驱动的高速往复机组,普遍应用于天然气增压站。我国东北地区,冬季环境温度可达零下35℃;俄罗斯远东或北部地区,环境温度更低,甚至达到零下60℃。在极低环境温度下,天然气发动机空滤器容易结霜,涡轮增压器甚至可能发生喘振。为发动机配置空气加热系统可以完全解决上述问题。本文首先详细介绍了电加热、发动机余热-空气换热和翅片管换热器3种空气加热系统,从能耗、空气温度控制两方面分析了3种加热系统各自的特点。然后,通过具体案例,详细介绍了翅片管换热器应用于低温空气加热的选型计算方法和应用效果。 Natural gas engine-driven high-speed reciprocating units driven by are commonly used in natural gas booster stations.In northeast China,the ambient temperature in winter can reach minus 35°C,moreover,in the Far East or North of Russia,the ambient temperature is even lower,even reaching minus 60°C.At extremely low ambient temperatures,natural gas engine air filters are prone to frost,and turbochargers surge may even happen.The above problems can completely be solved by air heating system for the engine,which includes electric heater,engine waste heat-air heat exchange and finned tube heat exchangers.These three different kinds of heating systems are analyzed from the aspects of energy consumption and air temperature control.Then,through specific cases,the calculation method and application effect of finned tube heat exchangers for low-temperature air heating are introduced in detail.
