水下防喷器应急功能执行装置设计制作和功能测试

摘要 本文以某半潜式钻井平台井控设备升级改造后,首次对水下防喷器应急功能测试为例,阐述了水下防喷器应急功能相关知识和工作原理;平台技术人员分析研究了该平台南海作业海域的具体海况和ROV的自身情况,设计制作出满足平台防喷器应急功能测试的"面板导向式"ROV连接器携带装置,成功解决了在恶劣海况条件下ROV连接器与防喷器应急功能控制面板的对接问题;并提出了防喷器应急功能测试结果的有效验证方法,可为国内水下防喷器应急功能的使用提供指导和借鉴。 This paper takes the emergency function test of the underwater blowout preventer as an example for the first time,and expounds the knowledge and working principle of the underwater blowout preventer emergency function.The platform technician analyzed the research.Based on the specific sea conditions of the South China Sea operating area and the ROV’s own situation,the"panel-guided"ROV connector carrying device that meets the platform blowout preventer emergency function test is designed and manufactured,which successfully solves the ROV connector and blowout prevention under the harsh sea conditions.The docking problem of the emergency function control panel;and the effective verification method of the BOP emergency function test result is provided,which can provide guidance and reference for the use of the domestic underwater blowout preventer emergency function.
