摘要
随着分享经济时代的到来,以“滴滴”、“美团”为代表的互联网企业在人力资源管理中面临着诸多挑战。由此在分享经济视角下来探索互联网企业的人力资源管理问题,便具有较强的现实意义。
With the coming of the era of sharing economy,Internet enterprises represented by DiDi and Meituan are facing many challenges in human resource management.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the human resource management of Internet enterprises from the perspective of sharing economy.
