摘要
本文针对以人为本管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了应当从管理体系、引进机制、流动机制、任用机制和奖惩机制五个方面实现有效的以人为本。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in people-oriented management,and puts forward that effective people-oriented management should be realized from five aspects:management system,introduction mechanism,flow mechanism,appointment mechanism as well as reward and punishment mechanism.
